廖成晟,湖南岳阳人,博士,讲师。
一、教育背景与工作经历
2017 年毕业于湘潭大学物理与光电工程学院物理学专业,获理学学士学
位;
2023 年毕业湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院物理学专业(硕博连读),
获理学博士学位;
2023 4 月至今工作于湖南理工学院物理与电子科学学院。

主讲课程: 大学物理
三、主要研究领域
钙钛矿太阳能电池、第一性原理计算。
